At least ninety (90) days prior to the effective date of a change of ownership, grantee shall notify the city in writing. In the event the present owners of grantee sell Hardin Sanitation, Inc., the city shall have the right to examine the financial and business background of any proposed transferee of the grantee. For good cause, the city shall have the right to deny any proposed franchise. transfer. Grantee shall also inform the city of any change in the location of its office(s), or in the number of vehicles which it operates within the city. (Ord. 399, 12-3-2019)
