Either the city or the grantee may cancel or terminate the franchise if the other is in substantial and material violation or default of the franchise and the defaulting party fails to cure the default within ninety (90) days of any notification of violation. In the event of an emergency a default shall be remedied forthwith. Notification shall be in writing, sent by registered mail, to city at P.O. Box 158, New Plymouth, ID 83655, and grantee at 141 N. 20th Street, Payette, ID 83661. (Ord. 399, 12-3-2019)
