Grantee shall take all reasonable precautions necessary to protect the public from injury and shall defend, indemnify, and save the city harmless from any liability, claims, damages, costs, judgments, expenses, and claims of damages that may arise by reason of any tort claim for bodily or personal injury, disease, death, or damage to property resulting directly or indirectly from an act or omission of grantee, its agents, employees, or independent contractors.
