The grantee shall provide carts to residential customers and replace those carts as may be necessary. Those carts shall have lids to protect against spillage or access by animals. Containers that become a health hazard may be disposed of by the grantee after notice to the customer. While in use, customers shall keep the carts that they are using clean. (Ord. 399, 12-3-2019)
