8-3-10: FEES FOR CUSTOMERS:

Fees for residential and commercial customers shall be set by resolution and are hereby established at the rate in effect at the time of adoption hereof. Any subsequent increase in rates may be done by resolution and shall be subject to city approval. (Ord. 399, 12-3-2019)
