8-3-9: MINIMUM FEES:

The fee charged for a cart shall be considered a minimum fee. In the event that a resident chooses to use more than one cart, the grantee shall have the right to dump the excess and make arrangements with the residential user to charge an additional fee. (Ord. 399, 12-3-2019)
