8-3-7: LIMITATION OF NUMBER OF CARTS:
Residential users shall be allowed to use one (1) 95-gallon cart per dwelling. Additional carts shall be assessed at a rate established by resolution of the City Council. (Ord. 399, 12-3-2019)
