A designee of the city shall have the right to examine records, including computer records, maintained by grantee. The term “record” shall include, but is not limited to, all customers or accounts of grantee within the city limits of New Plymouth. City shall be allowed access at all reasonable times to inspect and copy at reasonable cost all business records related to grantee's collection, transportation or disposal of solid waste to the extent necessary to ensure compliance with this franchise.
