Any violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor punishable in accordance with the general misdemeanor statutes of the state of Idaho, and any person convicted of such an offense shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in jail not to exceed six (6) months, or both imprisonment and fine.
