6-12-8: EVIDENCE IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS:
In any criminal prosecution under this chapter, evidence of sound level through the use of a sound level meter reading shall not be necessary to establish the commission of the offense. Nor shall it be necessary for any peace officer or witness to understand and interpret the technical information set forth herein. (Ord. 278, 9-16-2002)
