Any permit issued under this Chapter may be revoked or any application for issuance of a permit may be refused or revoked for any of the following causes:
(A) The application submitted by the applicant or permit holder contains any false, fraudulent or misleading information;
(B) Fraud, misrepresentation or false statements made in the course of carrying on the licensed activity;
(C) Any violation of this Chapter;
(D) Conducting the licensed activity in an unlawful manner or in such a manner as to constitute a menace to the health, safety or general welfare of the public. (Ord. 254, 7-19-1999)
