(A) It shall be unlawful to break upon or in any manner directly or indirectly, aid or assist in the breaking open of or into any pen or enclosure with intent of releasing any animal or poultry.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person except those responsible for the enforcement of this chapter to release any animal from the city pound or from any other place where an animal may be held for observation. (Ord. 354, 11-7-2016)
