(A) The owner or owners of any animals impounded may redeem the same by paying all the costs, charges and penalties assessed, if any, that have accrued up to the time of making the redemption, and when the same are paid, it shall be the duty of the animal control officer or any other designated law enforcement officer to release the animal from said pound to the said owner thereof. The owner of said animal shall pay an impound fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) together with a ten dollar ($10.00) per day boarding fee.
(B) All fees and boarding services for the taking up of such animals shall be payable to and collected by the city clerk. (Ord. 354, 11-7-2016)
