The city is hereby authorized and empowered, but not required, to secure and maintain a suitable pound for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter. The city's law enforcement officers or the animal control officer will be the sole judge of how animals are to be segregated and penned. (Ord. 354, 11-7-2016)
