6-2-14: ANIMAL WASTE MATTER:

It shall be unlawful for a person owning or keeping an animal to allow the animal to deposit solid waste matter on any property other than that of the person owning or keeping the animal, but it shall be a defense to this action if the owner or keeper removes the solid waste and properly disposes of it. (Ord. 354, 11-7-2016)
