(A) The enforcement of this chapter shall be the responsibility of the law enforcement agency employed by the city for law enforcement purpose. That agency may designate an animal control officer and give him/her the authority of a police officer. Such officer shall be responsible to the appointed law enforcement agency for the enforcement of all animal control regulations.
(B) All fees collected shall be turned over to the city clerk. (Ord. 354, 11-7-2016)
