It shall be unlawful for any person to allow any dog owned, kept or harbored by him to wear a license tag received on accounts for any other licensed dog or to wear any imitation of a license tag issued by the city of that year, or any other tag marked on the plate or collar similar to that required by the city at that time and calculated to deceive. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of an infraction and fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00). (Ord. 354, 11-7-2016)
