6-2-3: COLLAR AND TAG REQUIRED:
Every dog shall wear at all times a substantial and durable collar, to which shall be securely attached the required license tag. The shape of the tag shall be changed each year and shall have stamped thereon the year for which said tag was issued and a number that will correspond with the number on the certificate.
