6-1-51: WINDOW PEEPING:
It shall be unlawful for any person, without first obtaining permission of the person or persons in lawful possession of any premises upon which a residential dwelling is located, to enter upon the premises of another for the purpose of looking, peeking, staring or peeping in the windows of said residence. A violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) or six (6) months in jail, or both fine and jail. (Ord. 229, 9-16-1996)
