6-1-7: BEER; PROCURING OR SELLING TO MINORS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to procure, sell, or give away any beer to any person under the age of twenty (20) years or for any person under the age of twenty (20) years to purchase, attempt to purchase or otherwise procure, consume or have in his possession any beer. (1960 Code)
