Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall have committed a Class C infraction and shall be punished accordingly, which each violation being a separate and distinct violation and subject to being penalized accordingly. The schedule of fines, as set forth below, are payable through the Ordinance Violation Bureau:
(A) First offense - other than jake braking, $25 if paid within 7 calendar days from issuance of citation.
(B) First offense - other than jake braking, $50 if not paid within 7 calendar days from issuance of citation.
(C) Second offense - other than jake braking, $50 if paid within 7 calendar days of issuance of citation.
(D) Second offense - other than jake braking, $100 if not paid within 7 calendar days of issuance of citation.
(E) Third and subsequent offenses - other than jake braking, $100 if paid within 7 calendar days of issuance of citation.
(F) Third and subsequent offense - other than jake braking, $250 if not paid within 7 calendar days of issuance of citation.
(G) First offense - for jake braking, $100 if paid within 7 calendar days of issuance of citation.
(H) First offense - for jake braking, $250 if not paid within 7 calendar days of issuance of citation.
(I) Second and subsequent offenses - for jake braking, $250 if paid within 7 calendar days of issuance of citation.
(J) Second and subsequent offenses - for jake braking, $500 if not paid within 7 calendar days of issuance of citation.
