2.10 CURB AND GUTTER.

A. In a subdivision curb and gutter shall be installed on each side of the street surface. Plans for the installation of the curb and gutter shall be approved by the Town Board.

B. The curb and gutter shall be of one of the construction types shown in Appendix 414-01 - 414-03 and shall be constructed according to the following specifications:

1. The base for the curb and gutter shall be well compacted on the existing base or grade.

2. The minimum specifications shall be as shown for the three types of cross-sections in Appendix 414-01 - 414-03.

3. All concrete used in the curb and gutter shall meet the Standard Specifications.
