Any person in violation of this chapter may be punished subject to the provisions of I.C. 36-1-3-8, specifically, a fine not more than Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) per violation, cost of prosecution, and attorneys fees. Each day a violation exists constitutes a separate violation.
