3.06 REPEALER OF THE (ORIGINAL) SUBDIVISION CONTROL ORDINANCE.
The (Original) Subdivision Control Ordinance of New Palestine, Indiana, Ordinance No. 52677-2, passed by the Town Board on the 26th day of May, 1977, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
