§ 23.05 COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The Council shall regulate the amount of compensation to be received by the Marshal and the Deputy Marshals.

   (B)   Reserve Officer personnel shall not receive compensation for services rendered while serving as Reserve Deputy Marshals.
