§ 23.02 APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY AND RESERVE DEPUTY MARSHALS; TERMS.
   (A)   The Marshal is authorized to appoint up to, and not to exceed, 15 Deputy Marshals and such appointments are subject to approval by the Council. The Deputies shall serve during the pleasure of the Council.
   (B)   The Marshal is authorized to appoint Reserve Deputy Marshals and such appointments are subject to approval by the Council. Such Reserve Deputy Marshals may be discharged by the Marshal at any time. A maximum of 10 Reserve Deputy Marshals may be so appointed and maintained by the Marshal at any one time.
