§ 22.13 TWO-THIRDS VOTE WITH UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF MEMBERS PRESENT.
   (A)   A two-thirds vote, with unanimous consent of the members present, is required to pass an ordinance of the legislative body on the same day or at the same meeting at which it is introduced.

   (B) Division (A) of this section does not apply to a zoning ordinance or amendment to a zoning ordinance that is adopted under I.C. 36-7.
