§ 22.05 COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   (A)   The regular meetings of the Council shall be on the first and third Wednesday of each month commencing at 7:00 p.m. prevailing local time in the Town Hall.
      (1)   The regular session of the Council may be continued from day to day upon majority vote of the Council and shall be adjourned from day to day, according to the necessities of the occasion.
      (2)   If the Council meets on consecutive days, meetings shall be held in compliance with this rule. Meetings of the Council may be adjourned to a day not consecutive with the date of the last meeting and shall be in regular session, upon a proper motion and vote to that effect.
   (B)   Special meetings may be called by the Council if the public interest requires. At least 6 days notice of the special meeting will be given unless the meeting is called to deal with an emergency. The notice must include a specific statement of the purpose of the meeting and the Council may not conduct any unrelated business at the meeting.
