§ 22.03 COUNCIL MEMBERS; TRUSTEE DISTRICTS.
   The Town Council has 1 member for each voting district established under I.C. 36-5-1-10.1 or I.C. 36-52-4. Its members are to be elected at large by the voters of the whole town.
