Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-8-11, the Clerk- Treasurer of the town is authorized to receive payments and distributions by means of electronic transfer and is authorized on behalf of the town to execute any and all documents or other agreements necessary to allow such electronic transfers to occur into the appropriate town bank accounts.
