§ 81.04 UNSAFE BUILDINGS.
   All buildings or portions thereof within the town, which are determined after inspection by the New Palestine Building Commissioner to be unsafe as defined by this code are declared to be public nuisances and shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition or removal in accordance with the procedure specified in the New Palestine Unsafe Building Law Code.
