This chapter, and all ordinances supplemental or amendatory hereto, shall be known as the "Unsafe Building Law Code of the New Palestine, Indiana," and may be cited as such, and will be referred to herein as "this code," and shall supercede all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, which are hereby repealed.
