§ 80.03 APPOINTMENT OF BUILDING COMMISSIONER.
   (A)   There is created and established the office of Building Commissioner in the town.
   (B)   The Building Commissioner shall be appointed by the President of the Town Council and subject to the approval of the Town Council. His appointment shall continue during good behavior and service, and he shall not be removed from office except for cause after full opportunity has been given him to be heard on specific charges.
