(A) Pursuant to I.C. 36-5-2-4.1(h) and I.C. 36-5-2-5, the town legislative body districts are abolished and all 5 members of Town Council are to be elected at large by the voters of the town.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 3-10-7-2.7, that person obtaining the third highest total of votes in the next municipal election for the members of the Town Council shall serve a term of 3 years with all remaining elected members of the Town Council to serve a term of 4 years.
(C) The successors of a Town Council member having obtained the third highest number of votes as set forth above shall be chosen at the second general election following the municipal election and serve a term of 4 years.
