Except for violation of § 70.05, any person violating any other provision of this chpater or any order by the President of the Town Council in accordance with the terms of this chapter shall be assessed and shall pay of fine of $500 for the first such violation, $1,500 for the second such violation and $2,500 for the third and all subsequent violations. For those individuals violating § 70.05, they shall be issued a notice of violation the fines for which shall be $50 for the first violation, $60 for a second violation and $100 for any third or subsequent violation.
