(A) The Town Marshal shall charge and collect a fee of not less than $5 for a copy of any accident report furnished to any persons entitled to receive this information. An additional charge of $1 per page shall be made for copies of report pages in excess of 3 pages.
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer of the town shall establish a separate account record for the charges set out in division (A) above and the Town Marshal shall deposit all receipts from these charges in this account. The funds in the separate account shall be known as the "Accident Report Account" and may be expended therefrom by the Town Marshal for any public purpose reasonably related to the keeping of accidents upon the basis of a claim filed, allowed, and paid as provided by law for the payment of claims.
