§ 64.05 LICENSE FOR GAMBLING MACHINES.

No license of an amusement device shall permit any use for the licensed machine for gambling. Any licensee convicted of violating this section shall be fined, have his license revoked for all amusement devices, and be ineligible to obtain any further license for an amusement device for a period of 2 years from the date of conviction.
