Any person or persons or the officers, agents, or employees of any person, company, or corporation who violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or other applicable provisions of this code or other ordinances or amendments hereinafter enacted shall, on conviction, be fined a sum not exceeding $100, and each and every day the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
