§ 58.01 ESTABLISHING MARKET VALUE TO DISPOSE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES.
   The market value below which an officer may dispose of an abandoned vehicle or parts, as established under I.C. 9-22-1-13, found within the town limits of the town, shall equal $500.
