Any person or persons, firm or corporation, or any other entity violating any section of the provisions of this chapter, shall upon first violation be fined an amount of $500, for the second violation the violator shall be fined in an amount of $1,500, and for a third and all subsequent violations shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $2,500.
