§ 56.10 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BACKFILL. That material used in refilling an opening from the bottom of the new base.
   FLEXILE BASE. Asphalt, concrete, stone or other material commonly used in the construction of a roadway.
   RIGID BASE. Cement concrete or reinforced cement concrete under an asphalt surface.
