Each property, as identified pursuant to § 53.02, shall cause the assigned number to be placed and continuously maintained in a conspicuous place on the front of the primary structure located on each lot. If a structure stands more than 50 feet from a street, the number stall be conspicuously displayed at or near the walk, driveway, or common entrance to the structure at the street and so placed as to be easily legible and readable from the sidewalk. Numerals shall be at least 3 inches in height.
