(A) Whoever violates any provision of this Code for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be fined not more than $2,500 for each offense.
(B) All fines and penalties set forth herein, unless stated otherwise, shall be payable to the Ordinance Violations Bureau for the Town of New Palestine, Indiana, and in addition to the stated fines, should it be necessary for the Town of New Palestine, Indiana, to retain the services of an attorney to enforce and/or collect any fines imposed by this code, the cost of said services shall be paid by the violator in addition to all imposed fines.
