SCHEDULE III. OTHER LIMITED PARKING.

(A) No tractor, semi-tractor and trailer, or truck used for a commercial purpose shall be allowed to park on the streets at any time except while loading or unloading cargo within the town.

(B) No person shall park or drive his motor vehicle upon any sidewalk.
