§ 10.14 PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES.
   All ordinances hereafter passed and adopted by the Town Council shall be recorded by the Clerk-Treasurer in a book of ordinances. The original shall be filed in the Clerk-Treasurer's office, and he shall obtain and attach thereto the proof of publication from the publisher for all ordinances hereafter published.
