§ 41.01 SPEED LIMITS.
   When no special hazard exists, the following speeds shall be lawful, but any speed in excess of these limits shall be prima facie evidence that the speed is not reasonable or prudent and is unlawful:
   (A)   20 miles per hour upon or along any street or alley, except Main Street and Shultz Street; and
   (B)   15 miles per hour upon or along Shultz Street; and
   (C)   The posted speed limit upon and along Main Street;
   (D)   Traffic proceeding northbound and southbound on North Bittner Road from the north side of North Street to the northern incorporated boundary of the town shall not proceed at a speed faster than 30 miles per hour;
   (E)   (1)   Traffic proceeding northbound and southbound on Coventry Court north of Main Street shall not proceed at a speed faster than 20 miles per hour;
      (2)   Traffic proceeding northbound and southbound on Westside Drive south of U.S. 52 shall not proceed at a speed in excess of 20 miles per hour.
   (F)   Vehicles proceeding on Meadow Wood Court, West Stonehaven Lane, Turning Leaf Court, Woodbridge Blvd., and Northbridge Court within the town may not travel thereon at a speed greater than 20 mph.
   (G)   Traffic proceeding northbound and southbound on Gem Road from Schultz Street to the southern corporate boundaries of the town shall not proceed at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour.
