§ 36.01 RIGHT-OF-WAY CUT PERMIT.

It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, corporation or business entity to dig within the town in any area upon which the town has an easement without first notifying the Clerk-Treasurer of the town in person and applying for and receiving a right-of-way cut permit.
