The town does make and enter into a street lighting contract with Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc. for the installation, operation and maintenance of the overhead street lighting system more particularly described in the contract and for the street lighting service to be rendered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract; and that said contract, in the form set forth, be, and the same is approved.
