§ 33.049 PLACEMENT OF UTILITIES.
   No utility company may disturb existing storm drainage facilities without the consent of the Town Council and/or Town Manager and/or Building Commissioner, whose decision may be appealed to the Town Council. All existing drainage facilities shall have senior rights and damage to said facilities shall result in penalties as prescribed in §§ 33.105 through 33.111.
