(A) It shall be unlawful for a person to slaughter any domestic animal in the open or to slaughter domestic animals in any building which does not meet the requirements specified by state law or by rules and regulations established by the Indiana State Board of Health.
(B) Nothing in this section shall be construed as regulating slaughtering of any fowl or the keeping of any fowl in a pen or other secure enclosure.
